Who We Are:

We started out as a one man operation in Upper Marlboro back in the late 70's. Business took off and we quickly expanded. As workload increased, it became clear help was needed. Body techs were hired to handle this demand and we continued to grow. Eventually, we outgrew our facility in Upper Marlboro, MD and expanded to a second location in Clinton, MD right outside Andrews AFB. After a few years, an opportunity arose to move the business to Brandywine, MD and consolidate both shops into one since the new building was more spacious than both. Since 1997, we have been located in Brandywine, MD right off Rt. 301. We are proud to say we are now in our 2nd generation of shop management!

Our customers are our #1 priority.

Safety: Your safety is a priority to us. We don't follow "industry standards", we follow standards and procedures set by the vehicle manufacturers. The factory and its engineers have spent millions of dollars designing and testing your vehicle. They are the only one who can dictate what parts to use and what methods are involved in the repair.

 

Quality: As a small, family-owned collision center,  we set ourselves apart from our larger competitors by offering quality work that is guaranteed. What quality means is using OEM parts, not cheaper, insurance friendly knockoffs. Replacing panels that are not designed to be repaired. Most importantly, we don't take shortcuts. Once repaired, you'll be confident your vehicle is as safe today as it was the day it rolled off the factory floor. 

 

Satisfaction: Your satisfaction means the world to us. We want to provide a level of service the other guys can't match. While the insurance process can be lengthy, stressful, and frustrating, we attempt to remove as much of that from our repair process as possible.
